Finance Bookkeeper

Join our innovative client at the forefront of the design and construction industry as a Finance Bookkeeper. This fully-remote role requires a sharp, detail-oriented individual with a deep understanding of accounting systems and project finance.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience as a bookkeeper or in financial management roles, particularly within project-based industries
• Familiarity with Acumatica (highly advantageous) or similar platforms (NetSuite, Oracle, or custom-built systems)
• Strong knowledge of finance operations, including AP, AR, reconciliations, payroll, and cost analysis
• Obsessively detail-oriented with a knack for spotting irregularities in financial data
• Fluent in English, with excellent verbal and written communication skills

Responsibilities

• Handle day-to-day financial operations, including accounts payable (AP), accounts receivable (AR), reconciliations, payroll, and other related tasks
• Manage accounting system through Acumatica
• Prepare and analyze Work-In-Progress (WIP) reports, perform cost analysis, and support project finance functions
• Identify and analyze patterns and discrepancies within financial data to ensure accuracy and resolve issues
• Maintain meticulous financial records and ensure all data is accurate, organized, and up to date
• Generate and manage regular financial reports, ensuring compliance with company standards and financial accuracy
