This role requires extensive experience in finance and project controlling, strong analytical skills, and advanced Google Sheets proficiency. Fluency in English is essential.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in finance and project controlling (preferably in international companies)
• Strong analytical mindset with a passion for numbers and optimization
• Google Sheets expert (advanced formulas, automation, and data consolidation)
• Great communicator & team player, comfortable working with leadership teams
• Fluent in English

Responsibilities

• Own the creation, maintenance, and analysis of financial and utilization reports in Google Sheets
• Provide strategic insights by transforming complex data into clear, actionable reports
• Collaborate with management to drive data-backed decision-making
