Summary
Join Thirty Madison as a Senior Data Analyst and play a key role in financial, clinical, or eCommerce reporting. You will be responsible for creating clear and insightful reports that provide a single source of truth and drive business improvement. As a fast-growing company, you will work with ever-increasing amounts of data to analyze business performance, identify trends, and recommend actionable strategies. You will collaborate closely with stakeholders, build data products and dashboards, and ensure the delivery of high-quality reports across various departments. This role requires a strong analytical mindset, proficiency in SQL, database management, and visualization tools, and the ability to translate business needs into clear data requirements.
Requirements
- BS degree and above in a quantitative major and above with a stellar academic track record
- 5+ years of experience working on analytics and/or business intelligence teams
- Proficient in SQL, database management, and visualization tools e.g., Looker and Tableau
- Ability to work with multiple stakeholders and turn requests into clear data requirements
- Ability to write fluently in at least one scripting language e.g., Python
- Comfort in driving the full cycle of medium-sized projects covering scoping, planning, execution, iteration, and delivery cross-functionally
- Solid knowledge in either financial, clinical or eCommerce reporting
- Experience with LookML
Responsibilities
- Work closely with stakeholders as a thought partner in scoping and planning and lead the development and delivery of quality data products and dashboards
- Build and iterate data products to ensure end-to-end delivery of solid reports across finance, operations and clinical topics
- Dissect business performance with an analytical and critical mind, helping collaborators to get deep into the stories behind numbers and shed light on actionable courses of action
- Other duties as assigned
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with DBT and git version control
- Domain exposure in subscription-based business models
- Health tech background is a plus
