Requirements
- Be self-motivated and self-directed with the ability to manage and work with people

- Have proven experience in improving controls and processes
- Hold a Bachelorβs degree in Finance or Accounting with 5-10 years of relevant experience
- Have the ability to build and cultivate strong relationships and be seen as a valued business partner
- Exhibit solid communication, collaboration and presentation skills
- Be team focused with good interpersonal skills
- Possess systems and tools skills: SmartView, Oracle, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Have excellent analytical and financial modeling skills with close attention to detail and accuracy
- Have high proficiency with MS Excel (pivot tables, advanced formulas, macros, and charts to develop custom reports and dashboards) and Powerpoint
- Have experience using a large ERP system (PBi/GMPlan)
- Possess strong organizational and executive communication skills
- Demonstrate willingness and ability to learn and adapt to rapid business and organizational changes as needed
- Have excellent communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal skills
Responsibilities
- Manage and monitor the weekly SFT process for the Sales Team
- Provide leadership and direction to business teams
- Troubleshoot and analyze complex problems
- Work cross-functionally, multi-task, and meet deadlines
- Improve existing controls and processes
- Provide process and finance training to business partners
- Collaborate as a trusted business partner within the Sales Team, including interacting with senior executives and their respective management teams
- Manage all aspects of Revenue for the organization, including but not limited to, weekly SFT forecast, quarterly/annual forecasts, variance analysis, monthly QTD attainment, and management reporting
- Drive key analysis on Revenue trends and metrics by customers, geography, and Sales Leaders
- Focus on process enhancements and continuous improvement
- Support ad-hoc initiatives for Sales Finance
- Build models in complex systems (PBi/GMPlan)
