Requirements

• 10+ years of overall financial experience, including 5+ years of experience in a senior finance role in the IT industry
• Strong understanding of accounting principles, financial reporting, and tax regulations
• Proven experience in revenue forecasting and budgeting
• Experience in managing and optimizing financial processes
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
• Proven leadership and team management abilities
• Fluent both Polish and English

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic financial guidance to the executive team, influencing business decisions and driving financial performance
• Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis, providing insights to support strategic decision-making
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards and tax regulations, while mitigating financial risks
• Streamline and automate financial processes to enhance efficiency and accuracy
• Lead and mentor the finance team, fostering a culture of excellence and collaboration
• Oversee revenue recognition, credit control, and debt collection
• Manage payroll, project costs, overhead expenses, and implement cost optimization strategies
• Monitor bank accounts, cash flows, and banking products. Oversee cash flow planning and ensure liquidity
• Prepare management reports, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements. Analyze project profitability and provide financial dashboards
• Manage relationships with accounting and tax firms. Ensure compliance with tax regulations and optimize tax strategies
