Finance Functional Consultant

Summary

Join CampusWorks as a 1099 project-based consultant and leverage your functional finance experience with higher education and the Jenzabar ERP system to help our clients create efficiencies, process improvements, and quality financial data reporting. You will train finance professionals and enjoy the flexibility of remote work. CampusWorks consultants collaborate with clients to optimize processes and implement technical solutions. This position requires Jenzabar (CX, EX, or J1) expertise and higher education finance experience. The ideal candidate possesses an analytical mindset and experience with Jenzabar Finance modules. Requirements

• Have 4+ years’ Jenzabar (CX, EX, or J1) expertise
• Have experience in Finance in higher education
• Possess excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Have a Bachelor’s degree

Responsibilities

• Help clients create efficiencies, process improvements, and quality financial data reporting
• Train finance professionals within client institutions
• Engage with clients in higher education to assist them in fully leveraging their people, processes, policies, and technologies
• Collaborate with clients’ functional and technical teams and CampusWorks colleagues to evaluate current processes, design future-state optimal processes, and to architect, develop, test, train, and rollout process and technical solutions
• Work within a CampusWorks team dedicated to assisting clients in fully leveraging the features and functionality within the Jenzabar ecosystem

Preferred Qualifications

• Have Jenzabar SaaS experience
• Have ERP implementation, and/or consulting experience
• Have an advanced degree
• Have experience working with senior leaders as a partner and trusted advisor
• Have experience with project management methodologies/software and/or process mapping/software
