Finance Intern

Summary

Join ITHAKA as a Workday Adaptive Dashboard Reporting Intern and gain practical experience in financial reporting and data analysis. This 12-week internship, starting June 2, 2025, offers hands-on experience with Workday Adaptive Planning and exposure to real-world financial reporting. You will collaborate with the Finance team, design interactive dashboards, analyze financial data, and ensure data accuracy. The internship is open to finance or accounting students entering their senior year of college in Fall 2025. Apply by January 31, 2025. The hourly pay is $20.00.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field and entering the senior year of college in Fall 2025
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
• Familiarity with financial concepts and terminology such as but not limited to revenue, expenses, profit and loss, etc
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the Finance team to understand reporting requirements and objectives
• Use Workday Adaptive Planning to design and create interactive dashboards and reports
• Analyze financial data to identify trends, variances, and areas for improvement
• Ensure data accuracy and integrity in all reports generated
• Assist in documenting dashboard and reporting processes for future reference
• Participate in meetings and discussions related to financial planning and analysis
