Finance Manager

Summary

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent)
• 5–10 years of progressive experience in finance, including at least 1–3 years in a managerial or supervisory role
• Strong technical accounting knowledge and analytical capability
• Advanced Excel and proficiency in financial systems
• Experience working with BI/reporting tools and automating financial workflows
• Business level proficiency in English or above (equivalent to B2 or above in CEFR)

Responsibilities

• Manage the preparation and delivery of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in accordance with IFRS
• Lead the month-end close process, including consolidation and intercompany reconciliations
• Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis with relevant business units including analysis around intercompany charges
• Ensure appropriate accounting treatment across the group
• Liaise with auditors, preparing documentation for annual audits and regulatory filings
• Supervise cash flow management, treasury operations, and optimisation of working capital
• Drive automation and integration across finance systems
• Support implementation of financial controls and improve efficiency across finance operations
• Partner with the Group Finance Team on various initiatives and projects
• Lead, mentor, and develop finance team
• Foster a culture of integrity, accountability, and continuous learning within the finance team
