Finance Manager

Summary

Join Form3 as our Finance Manager and refine financial processes as the business scales. Collaborate with senior stakeholders and external auditors to enhance reconciliations, accounts, and billing. Key responsibilities include investigating variances, preparing management accounts, supporting budgeting and forecasting, and participating in the annual audit. You will also create reports for senior management and investors and drive process improvements. This role requires a CIMA/ACA/ACCA qualification, Big 4 experience, and strong communication skills. The team is primarily remote, with occasional in-person meetings.

Requirements

• CIMA / ACA / ACCA qualified Accountant
• Big 4 training and experience
• 2+ years' post-qualification experience
• Experience in financial analysis
• Experience in monthly reconciliations
• Experience within payments / billing
• Group management accounts preparation, including intercompany accounting
• Excellent communicator (stakeholder engagement / management)
• Organised and works well to tight deadlines

Responsibilities

• Investigate and report on variances actuals versus budget / forecast
• Prepare Group management accounts
• Support budgeting and forecasting activities
• Support the annual audit process, prepare supporting documentation and respond to external auditor queries
• Prepare reports for senior management reviews and investors, helping the GFC execute the reporting framework across the group
• Drive the process and systems improvement projects, especially within NetSuite and NSPB
• Perform the final review on the accuracy of all postings across all ledgers in the group
• Work closely with the NetSuite Administrator to improve the use and reporting capabilities of the ERP
