Summary

Join Demandbase as a Sales Finance Senior Analyst/Manager and become a key finance partner to the CRO organization and RevOps. You will own sales capacity planning, pipeline metrics, and forecast modeling, influencing top-line growth and optimizing GTM execution. Requirements

  • 5–8 years of experience in FP&A, Sales Finance, Investment Banking or GTM Strategy
  • SaaS experience and knowledge of key sales metrics and GTM economics
  • Strong modeling and forecasting skills
  • Experience partnering with Sales or RevOps
  • Ability to synthesize complex data into insights for decision-makers
  • Experience with planning tools (e.g., Adaptive Planning, Salesforce, Clari)

Responsibilities

  • Own sales capacity models, headcount planning, and hiring ramp assumptions
  • Analyze quota coverage, productivity, attainment, and bookings trends
  • Track and report SaaS efficiency metrics such as CAC, LTV, and payback period; benchmark performance against SaaS industry peers to guide GTM decision-making
  • Deliver forecast updates and scenario models to Sales leadership
  • Partner closely with RevOps to align financial models with operating plans
  • Support strategic deals, compensation planning, and territory performance analysis
  • Build dashboards and reporting tools to monitor sales efficiency
  • Assist with annual planning and quarterly forecasting for Sales
