Finance Manager

Summary

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
• 8-10 years of experience in financial analysis
• Solid grasp of financial principles and their application in a dynamic business environment, including GAAP accounting practices

Responsibilities

• Manage forecasting and analysis for some of the largest customers
• Support cross functional sales teams to manage customer relationships and negotiate deals
• Dive deep into the details of customer performance to understand underlying drivers to results
• Translate findings into decks and communications for executive leadership
• Communicate monthly results of customer performance to sales teams
• Assist cross functional teams on building customer-facing review presentations

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in SQL and especially Snowflake is very helpful
• Proven ability to manage multiple cross functional stakeholders, particularly in supporting sales teams in deal negotiations and understanding customer performance
• Exceptional communication skills, with proven expertise in crafting and presenting financial decks to a diverse audience, including senior leadership
• Strong analytical mindset, coupled with an emphasis on accuracy and attention to detail
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced setting, readily adapting to evolving business requirements
