Sr. Finance Manager

Summary

The job is for a Senior Finance Manager at Rula, a mental healthcare company that aims to destigmatize mental health issues and provide quality care. The role involves overseeing Revenue and Contribution Margin, partnering with growth teams, and building the financial foundation from the ground up.

Requirements

• 5+ years of work experience in finance with a focus on Revenue & Marketing
• Understanding of GAAP accounting principles and financial statements
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Team management experience
• BA/BS in Finance, Economics, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related quantitative field

Responsibilities

Partner cross-functionally on budgeting, forecasting, analyzing performance, and developing processes and structures for S&M teams

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Netsuite and financial planning software (Pigment, Anaplan, Adaptive, etc.)
• Ability to work with minimal direction and to set effective project plans
• Ability to build trust and respect with senior leaders quickly
• High growth start-up experience
• Healthcare experience
• Experience working in Banking, Venture Capital or Private Equity
