Finance Trainee

Summary

Join KOSTAL Group, a global family-owned company, as an Intercompany Accounting Assistant in their new Budapest business service center. This role involves managing intercompany rental billing, invoice booking, interest booking in SAP, and sending invoice copies to counterparties. Requirements

• Ongoing studies at least until January 2026 in Finance, Accounting, Economics
• Min 25 (up to 40h) hours per week working availability
• Proficient oral and written English
• Strong user level MS Office skills (Excel /MS Outlook)
• Flexibility
• Analytical thinking
• Ability to learn and adapt
• Team player, communicates well
• Detail oriented and precise

Responsibilities

• Manage intercompany rental-billing process
• Manage intercompany invoice booking
• Participate in intercompany interest booking. To cover the administrative part in SAP
• Send out IC invoice copies to our counterparties based on their requests

Previous experience in a similar role is a plus
