Requirements

  • Be CA/CPA qualified
  • Be proficient in Microsoft Excel
  • Possess strong reporting and financial analysis capability
  • Have technical accounting knowledge and familiarity
  • Be adaptable, resilient and able to work under pressure in an ever-changing environment
  • Demonstrate a high level of professional integrity and discretion
  • Possess exceptional verbal and written communication skills
  • Have a proven ability to build positive relationships and engage people across all levels of the organization

Responsibilities

  • Perform month-end tasks, including payroll, accruals and prepayment journals
  • Conduct balance sheet reconciliations including bank reconciliations
  • Maintain the Fixed Asset Register and report CAPEX to Group
  • Assist the Director of Operations with accounts payable, payroll, tax and other tasks as required
  • Assist and liaise with CEO, Sales Director and Director of Operations to produce budgets and forecasts
  • Support the Group Financial Controller with Group reporting and assist with audit and other tasks as required

Preferred Qualifications

  • Have Microsoft D365 ERP Experience
  • Have experience with Revenue Management
  • Have a flexible schedule
