Requirements
- Be CA/CPA qualified
- Be proficient in Microsoft Excel
- Possess strong reporting and financial analysis capability
- Have technical accounting knowledge and familiarity
- Be adaptable, resilient and able to work under pressure in an ever-changing environment
- Demonstrate a high level of professional integrity and discretion
- Possess exceptional verbal and written communication skills
- Have a proven ability to build positive relationships and engage people across all levels of the organization
Responsibilities
- Perform month-end tasks, including payroll, accruals and prepayment journals
- Conduct balance sheet reconciliations including bank reconciliations
- Maintain the Fixed Asset Register and report CAPEX to Group
- Assist the Director of Operations with accounts payable, payroll, tax and other tasks as required
- Assist and liaise with CEO, Sales Director and Director of Operations to produce budgets and forecasts
- Support the Group Financial Controller with Group reporting and assist with audit and other tasks as required
Preferred Qualifications
- Have Microsoft D365 ERP Experience
- Have experience with Revenue Management
- Have a flexible schedule
