Summary

Join Intellect's team as a Financial Advisor, leading and delivering personalized financial coaching to clients. This full-time role involves owning the Financial Advisory Pillar, overseeing service quality and user experience improvements. You will develop and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs), ensuring high service standards and effective client outcomes. As the main point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, you will collaborate with various teams to refine client financial journeys. Requirements

  • 3-5 years as a Financial Advisor or in a related role, with at least 2 years in a corporate or administrative environment
  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field
  • Certified Financial Planner (CFP), Chartered Financial Consultant (ChFC), or equivalent certification
  • Strong communication skills: written and verbal, with the ability to create and conduct training modules
  • Ability to maintain a client-centered advising approach
  • Competency in financial planning software, video conferencing tools, and relevant technology
  • Experience in building processes and frameworks in a corporate environment
  • High attention to detail and accountability in developing SOPs, conducting audits, and refining workflows
  • Ability to work independently in a remote setting while effectively collaborating with internal teams to drive the success of the financial advisory pillar
  • High level of fluency in native language with equal level of fluency in English to facilitate effective communication across clients and teams

Responsibilities

  • Lead and deliver personalized financial coaching to clients
  • Own all aspects of the financial advisory pillar, from SOP development to quality standards, ensuring that services consistently meet client needs and company objectives
  • Deliver impactful, one-on-one coaching sessions through video, messaging, and interactive workshops that guide clients toward sustainable financial well-being
  • Design and conduct workshops, seminars, and webinars tailored for both individual and corporate clients to foster financial literacy and engagement
  • Create SOPs and ensure compliance by building a governance framework and audit schedules to continually enhance service quality. Periodically review the user journey to implement improvements
  • Serve as the primary contact for internal teams like Operations and Product, as well as for corporate clients and other external stakeholders, fostering strong partnerships that support holistic client care
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to advance user journey improvements and elevate the quality of financial advisory services, ensuring a seamless, positive client experience
  • Proactively engage with network providers to be the point of contact and support for them, encouraging collaboration of ideas and best practices
