Financial Analyst

Summary

Join the CloudWalk Wolfpack, a rapidly growing fintech company, as an Accounting professional. You will execute routine accounting activities, assist in automating journal entry routines, help develop and update spreadsheets, and design data analysis tools. Proficiency in SQL and Python, understanding of accounting principles, and strong data analysis skills are required. While experience with ERP software and Brazilian Central Bank regulations is beneficial, CloudWalk is committed to helping you develop your skills. As a fully remote team member, you'll work autonomously and collaboratively.

Requirements

• Proficiency in SQL and Python
• Understanding of accounting principles and cash management routines
• Strong skills in data analysis, logic, and inference
• Advanced knowledge of spreadsheets (Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, or similar tools)

Responsibilities

• Execute routine activities like accounts payable, reporting and reconciliations
• Assist the Accounting team in automating journal entry routines on ERP and other platforms
• Help the Financial team develop, update, and control spreadsheets
• Design and implement Data Mining and Analysis tools to empower decision-making across the company
• Set up the operation, monitor it daily, prepare reports, and perform reconciliations

Preferred Qualifications

• Knowledge of financial math
• Familiarity with Brazilian Central Bank (Bacen/BCB) regulations and reporting
• Experience with ERP software (SAP or similar systems)
