Requirements
- 2-4 years of experience in FP&A, operations, or similar role
- Financial modeling and analytical skills, with a strong ability to turn data into actionable insights
- Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets
- Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to communicate complex concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences
- Bachelorโs degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field
- Highly ambitious with a desire to take ownership of all aspects of your work, a team-first attitude, and the ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced environment
Responsibilities
- Build and maintain complex financial models that support strategic decision-making for Sales, Customer Success, Operations, and other business teams
- Own headcount and operational expense management including planning, forecasting and reporting
- Support forecasting process for bookings, churn and commissions, working in coordination with various teams throughout the company
- Act as a trusted advisor to senior leadership, providing data-driven insights and recommendations to drive operational efficiencies and inform key business decisions
- Work closely with all of Finance, Accounting, and other business teams to guide and influence strategic choices and operational strategies
- Develop high-quality financial reports and dashboards for executives, summarizing key business drivers into essential metrics that highlight the companyโs financial performance
- Identify opportunities to streamline and improve financial processes and models, ensuring scalability and efficiency in strategic planning
Preferred Qualifications
- Prior experience in SaaS, cybersecurity, or high-growth tech companies
- Demonstrated experience with forecasting and budget management using Pigment
- Solid understanding of SaaS business models and metrics, with experience in a fast-growth environment
- Experience in the cybersecurity industry and familiarity with the challenges and opportunities in this space
