Requirements

  • 2-4 years of experience in FP&A, operations, or similar role
  • Financial modeling and analytical skills, with a strong ability to turn data into actionable insights
  • Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to communicate complex concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences
  • Bachelorโ€™s degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field
  • Highly ambitious with a desire to take ownership of all aspects of your work, a team-first attitude, and the ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced environment

Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain complex financial models that support strategic decision-making for Sales, Customer Success, Operations, and other business teams
  • Own headcount and operational expense management including planning, forecasting and reporting
  • Support forecasting process for bookings, churn and commissions, working in coordination with various teams throughout the company
  • Act as a trusted advisor to senior leadership, providing data-driven insights and recommendations to drive operational efficiencies and inform key business decisions
  • Work closely with all of Finance, Accounting, and other business teams to guide and influence strategic choices and operational strategies
  • Develop high-quality financial reports and dashboards for executives, summarizing key business drivers into essential metrics that highlight the companyโ€™s financial performance
  • Identify opportunities to streamline and improve financial processes and models, ensuring scalability and efficiency in strategic planning

Preferred Qualifications

  • Prior experience in SaaS, cybersecurity, or high-growth tech companies
  • Demonstrated experience with forecasting and budget management using Pigment
  • Solid understanding of SaaS business models and metrics, with experience in a fast-growth environment
  • Experience in the cybersecurity industry and familiarity with the challenges and opportunities in this space
