Financial Analyst

Summary

Join Intradiem as a Senior Financial Analyst and play a crucial role in supporting the financial planning and analysis functions of our company. You will be responsible for assisting with budgeting & forecasting, internal financial reporting, analyzing financial performance, and financial modeling.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting
• 2-5 years of experience in financial analysis, preferably within a software or technology company
• Strong understanding of financial statements, accounting principles, and corporate finance concepts
• Proficiency in financial modeling, forecasting, and budgeting techniques
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and provide actionable insights
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively present financial information to non-financial stakeholders
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Advanced MS Office skills; emphasis on Excel and Power Point
• Experience with Sage/Intacct accounting system, Salesforce, or Tableau a plus
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a remote team
• Comfortable working with all levels of the organization including the Sr. Leadership team

Responsibilities

• Support the development of annual budgets, monthly forecasts, and long-term financial plans
• Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports, highlighting key performance indicators (KPIs) and trends
• Conduct variance analysis to compare actual results to budget/forecast and explain significant variances
• Prepare month-end and year-end financial reporting for internal and external stakeholders
• Assist in the preparation of presentations for executive leadership, board meetings, and investor updates
• Assist accounting team in month-end close as needed
• Develop and maintain complex financial models to support strategic initiatives, business planning, and decision-making processes
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze data for various financial and operational projects
• Provide financial analysis and recommendations to senior management to support business objectives and improve financial performance
• Participate in ad hoc financial analysis and projects as needed
• Conduct all business in accordance with Intradiem policies and procedures
