Summary
Join Miaplaza, Inc. as a Financial Analyst and take ownership of financial reporting and FP&A initiatives. Requirements
- 3+ years of financial analysis experience
- Bachelorβs degree in Finance, Accounting or related field
- Advanced financial modelling skills
- Demonstrated success in transforming financial data into strategic insights
- Proven track record in driving initiatives from zero to one
- Expertise in QuickBooks Online, Microsoft Excel, and Google Suite
Responsibilities
- Financial reporting and analysis
- Own P&L reporting and revenue forecasting for specific departments, ensuring that reports are accurate, insightful, and aligned with business goals
- Assess performance against targets and identify opportunities to optimize growth and mitigate risks
- Generate monthly finance reports and annual forecasts
- Identify trends, improve reporting accuracy, and provide actionable insights
- Provide backup support for bi-weekly payroll processing
- Collaborate with the Analytics team to scope and maintain financial dashboard
- Manage financial processes and liaise with external partners, including payment systems and expense management
- Create comprehensive tracking systems for each revenue source
- Conduct in-depth analysis of marketing channel performance
- Investigate ROI and financial metrics for marketing initiatives
- Support cross-functional projects with Sales and Customer Success to grow revenue streams
Preferred Qualifications
- Hands-on experience with Stripe, PayPal, and Braintree reporting
- Experience working in high-growth startup environments
- Familiarity using Airtable
- Working knowledge of Tableau and Power BI
