Join Screenverse, a dynamic adtech company revolutionizing programmatic advertising in the DOOH sector, as a fully remote Finance Analyst. This multidisciplinary role blends data analysis, business partnerships, accounting, and financial operations. You will be a key member of the Finance team, collaborating with Sales, Supply, and Partnerships teams. The position requires expertise in revenue calculation, accounting, and working capital management. You will build and manage revenue models, generate partner invoices, and assist in forecasting cash flow. Success in this role demands strong analytical skills, proficiency in Excel and accounting software, and experience with complex revenue arrangements.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in an analytical role, either in Finance, Accounting, or other quantitative role in a fast-changing environment
  • Expert-level skills in Excel/Google Sheets, can work with multiple large datasets and automate spreadsheet workflows with advanced formulas
  • Significant work experience in a business with complex revenue arrangements involving pass-through income to multiple partners
  • Commercially-minded, with a demonstrable understanding of business and accounting principles, ideally through a combination of work experience and education
  • Extremely detail-oriented with a bias towards identifying and eliminating errors
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to independently develop workflows that enhance process efficiencies
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Capacity to prioritize and balance multiple tasks effectively
  • Proficiency in QuickBooks Online or similar general ledger software

Responsibilities

  • Aggregate raw data from multiple platforms to process into clean datasets ready for analysis
  • Build and manage revenue models to calculate revenue shares and incentives between Screenverse and its partners
  • Update models based on changes to contractual terms
  • Generate partner invoices to record in the general ledger in an accurate and timely manner
  • Create billing and activity statements for external distribution
  • Conduct variance analysis to resolve any billing disputes
  • Assist CFO in forecasting monthly cash burn by analyzing cash collection trends
  • Track and analyze partner A/R and A/P balances over time to identify risks
  • Support Director with calculating and tracking partner distributions for accuracy
  • Involvement in special initiatives as required, e.g. audits, ad hoc analyses requested by senior management

Preferred Qualifications

Practical understanding of programmatic advertising and/or DOOH media landscape a plus
