Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field
• 3-5 years of experience in financial analysis, preferably within the Japanese market
• Strong understanding of financial principles, practices, and regulations
• Exceptional Excel skills and proficiency in financial modeling
• Excellent command of both Japanese and English (both written and spoken)
• Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Strong presentation and communication skills to convey complex financial information effectively
