Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting or Economics
  • Minimum 4-6 years of relevant experience in high tech or similar industry
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
  • Attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
  • Adaptability to rapid business and organizational changes
  • Capability to manage multiple high-priority projects simultaneously
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills

  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
  • Proficiency in PowerPoint
  • Experience with large ERP systems

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate and partner closely with sales management to manage operating expenses (OPEX), headcount, and the overall budget
  • Prepare and analyze monthly commissions calculations/accruals
  • Conduct monthly commission account reconciliations and audit of key commission processes
  • Create and manage sales performance metrics to track and identify key trends, risks, and opportunities while ensuring a high degree of accuracy
  • Deliver financial reports supported by business insights
  • Integral member of the monthly financial close process
  • Partner with key business stakeholders to achieve shared goals
  • Embrace process improvements to help scale the business
  • Provide insightful and actionable recommendations for effective, strategic decision-making through data analysis
  • Ad hoc financial analysis/modeling

Preferred Qualifications

Knowledge of dash-boarding tools such as PowerBI or Tableau
