Requirements

• Currently enrolled in a full-time, degree-seeking program in finance, accounting or a related field with an expected graduation date in Winter 2025/Spring 2026
• A curiosity for brokerages and the regulatory environment
• Experience with Excel, other Microsoft Office tools, and Google Suite
• Team oriented attitude and strong communication skills

Responsibilities

• Gain hands on accounting experience that will be applicable to any future opportunities
• Learn about FINRA requirements (the regulatory agency) and about regulatory reporting such as the Net capital rule and the reserve computation
• Interact frequently with the cross-functional partners in the RHS operations team and Corporate accounting team
