Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a financial management or controller role
• Proficiency in Xero and Microsoft Dynamics
• Proven experience handling financial operations in AU and NZ
• Prior experience in the Telecommunications or IT Services and Consulting industry

Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage the Accounts inbox, ensuring timely and accurate processing
• Support the preparation and analysis of Work In Progress (WIP) reports
• Identify opportunities and implement improvements to financial procedures and processes
• Prepare and deliver accurate financial reports to management
• Conduct in-depth analysis of financial data to guide business decisions
• Monitor and enhance internal financial controls
• Manage and oversee day-to-day financial transactions
• Coordinate equipment leasing and asset management activities
• Streamline accounting operations to increase efficiency and accuracy
• Assist in strategic planning and financial forecasting for business growth
• Evaluate financial risks and provide mitigation strategies
• Perform ad-hoc financial duties and projects as needed
