Requirements

  • Have a strong to very strong background in full-cycle accounting, including payroll, accounts reconciliation, and financial reporting
  • Have advanced experience with QuickBooks Online and the ability to adapt to new financial tools quickly
  • Possess strong analytical thinking and financial evaluation skills to drive sound decision-making
  • Be proficient in Excel for financial reporting, modeling, and reconciliation
  • Have the ability to clearly communicate financial issues and deadlines while ensuring compliance with financial processes
  • Show precision in financial reporting and a structured approach to problem-solving
  • Have 3+ years of experience in financial management, accounting, or controlling roles and experience working with financial platforms and reporting tools
  • Have strong knowledge of full-cycle accounting and financial statement preparation
  • Have advanced proficiency in QuickBooks Online
  • Possess strong financial analysis and problem-solving skills
  • Have a reliable internet connection for seamless remote work

Responsibilities

  • Handle journal entries, payroll, fixed assets, accounts receivable, accounts payable, balance sheet reconciliations, month-end close, and financial statement preparation
  • Manage financial data from multiple sources and ensure accurate input into QuickBooks Online
  • Conduct financial analysis, evaluate financial performance, and provide data-driven recommendations
  • Utilize advanced Excel skills for financial modeling, reporting, and data management
  • Identify financial discrepancies, analyze complex financial data, and implement corrective actions
  • Effectively communicate financial issues and deadlines to team members and management, ensuring employees complete Fyle transactions in a timely manner
  • Maintain accuracy in financial records, ensuring all transactions are properly recorded and reconciled
  • Work with various financial tools and platforms, ensuring smooth data integration and reporting
