Summary

Join Hudl as their FP&A Manager and oversee financial planning and analysis, providing critical insights to shape the company's financial future. Requirements

  • Have 5+ years of experience in FP&A, financial analysis or related finance roles
  • Know how to budget, forecast, and create reports and models in Workday Adaptive Planning
  • Have a strong understanding of financial metrics, accounting principles and key performance indicators
  • Be passionate about developing teams
  • Know how to stay on track and on time while managing multiple projects

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with our company’s leadership team to coordinate and produce monthly financial reports and board presentations
  • Lead the planning, consolidation, and presentation of the annual budget and quarterly forecasts
  • Research KPIs, financials, FX impacts and headcount to support decision-making
  • Manage, support and mentor a team to foster growth and development
  • Enhance our financial systems and reporting functions by thinking outside the box and looking for new opportunities

Preferred Qualifications

  • Hold a CPA or CFA designation
  • Have prior experience using tools such as Power BI or Tableau
  • Have knowledge of automation tools
