Requirements
- Proven experience working with Australian financial advisers
- Familiarity/ Knowledge of Australian Financial Services and their advisers
Responsibilities
- Fact find data entry, collation of client data, client assistance
- Engage in research and the preparation of documentation related to wealth solutions, which includes Superannuation, Investment strategies, Insurance products, Portfolio management, and cash flow modeling scenarios
- Assist in developing and constructing high-quality, compliant financial advice documents
- Perform insurance needs evaluations and pre-assessments with insurance providers, along with the preparation of insurance quotations
- Contribute to the development and refinement of processes and procedures for Paraplanning activities and keep up-to-date regulations, laws, and responsibilities associated with financial planning is essential
- Participating in ad hoc projects that enhance team services and support company objectives
Preferred Qualifications
- Proven experience working on KYCβs, client onboarding, insurance applications and opening accounts preferred
- Prior experience in Paraplanning or Financial Adviser compliance is preferred
- Proficiency with Xplan, Plutosoft, Zoho other CRM software preferred
