As a Paraplanner, you will play a crucial role in preparing and lodging forms and documentation for various financial products, managing internal databases, and assisting with report generation. This role requires a minimum of 5 years of experience in a finance-related business, proficiency in MS Office, and strong communication skills. Prior experience with Paraplanning in Australia is preferred. Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in a finance-related business, completing financial and other administrative tasks
  • A background in finance, lending, or a related field
  • Proficiency in MS Office
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills, especially when working with loan of customers

Responsibilities

  • Preparing and lodging forms and documentation for superannuation, investments, insurance, and other financial products as directed
  • Tracking implementation tasks and following up on outstanding items
  • Managing internal databases and updating client records in line with compliance requirements
  • Drafting emails and client correspondence for adviser review
  • Assisting with report generation and other general admin tasks
  • Liaising with providers or platforms (via email or phone) when necessary
  • Ensuring high accuracy and attention to detail in all work submitted
  • Supporting other ad hoc tasks as required by the financial planning team

Preferred Qualifications

  • Prior experience with Paraplanning in Australia is preferred
  • Proficiency in MS Office, Zoho, CRM Zoho Desk, and Plutosoft
