Requirements

• CA or CPA qualified with 5+ years of post-qualification experience
• Essential experience in SaaS revenue management
• Proficiency in consolidations and financial systems
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Advanced excel and financial modeling skills

Responsibilities

• Oversee the preparation and analysis of financial reports
• Provide insightful analysis to support strategic decision making
• Oversee the consolidation of financial statements for multiple entities
• Develop and maintain robust financial controls to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies
• Conduct periodic audits to identify and mitigate risks
• Coordinate and manage external audits, including preparing audit schedules and responding to auditor inquiries
• Implement and monitor internal controls to safeguard company assets and ensure financial statement accuracy
• Manage day-to-day finance operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll
• Streamline processes to improve efficiency and accuracy
• Lead the revenue recognition process for our SaaS products, ensuring adherence to IFRS 15 accounting standards and policies
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to forecast and analyze SaaS revenue
