Financial Senior Analyst Costs - Pipeline

Summary

Join Experian's Costa Rica FP&A Team as a Senior Financial Analyst, supporting the Technology business with financial deliverables like month-end close, cost forecasting, annual budget, performance metric monitoring, and ad-hoc analysis. You'll partner with internal teams and collaborate with Global Technology Finance teams, reporting to the FP&A Supervisor. This dynamic role offers growth opportunities within a growing team, working with analytics, workforce planning, capital forecast, and finance teams across Costa Rica and the United States.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or other related discipline
• Advanced English level
• 4+ years of progressive experience in Finance at a team level, with expert skills in Excel
• Experience in commercial finance, management reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and analysis, including financial models for forecasting and business scenario evaluation
• Skills in interpreting financial data from large datasets, verifying accuracy, and highlighting main insights, with experience in business intelligence tools and financial systems (Power BI, Tableau, Oracle, Hyperion preferred)

Responsibilities

• Partner with Finance Business Partners to help managing forecasts, actuals, and optimizing spend
• Oversee full P&L MMC (Monday Morning Call) and month-end processes, communicating with several partners including CTO, BU, and CFO
• Manage Capital Expenditure (Capex) processes and Forecast, as well as Balance Sheet controls for Prepayments and Accruals
• Condense complex information into high-level commentary for executive audiences (CFO, CTO) both in writing and verbally

Preferred Qualifications

Master's in business administration, Certified Public Accountant, or other related Master's degree (ideal)
