Join Pacvue's Corporate FP&A team as a Senior Financial Analyst and gain invaluable experience in a growing finance organization. Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in FP&A, with a focus on reporting, variance analysis, and efficiency with financial planning tools (e.g. Pigment, or similar)
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial reporting systems (e.g. NetSuite, or similar)
  • Experience driving efficiency in financial reporting process through automation
  • Ability to analyze complex financial data and present findings clearly to non-financial stakeholders
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and presentation skills
  • Strong attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively
  • Familiarity with major cloud providers like AWS and cloud cost management

Responsibilities

  • Lead the preparation of monthly financial reports to key stakeholders, comparing actual results to budgets and forecasts
  • Conduct detailed variance analysis to identify trends, provide explanations for discrepancies, and offer actionable recommendations
  • Collaborate with business partners in the budgeting and re-forecasting process including preparation of deliverables for executive and board reporting
  • Optimize the financial planning tool by identifying and implementing process efficiencies, such as automated reporting, management dashboards, KPI tracking
  • Partner with HR to ensure we have timely and accurate workforce data by regularly performing audits and reconciliations between the HR system and finance planning tool
  • Work closely with IT and engineering to track, analyze, and forecast cloud spending

Preferred Qualifications

  • Master’s degree or CPA/CFA is a plus
  • SQL experience a plus
