Summary

Join GetResponse as a Financial Specialist and play a key role in maintaining the financial health of our operations across the USA, Malaysia, Brazil, and Poland. You will collaborate with foreign accounting offices, manage receivables, oversee debt collection, prepare reports on bad debts, maintain collaboration with payment processors, analyze and report on payment processor statements, manage financial liquidity, execute payments, and foster cooperation with banks. This position requires a bachelor's degree in a related field, at least 3 years of experience in finance with a focus on receivables and bank cooperation, strong MS Office skills, and fluency in Polish and English. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, responsible, possess excellent communication and time management skills, and have a problem-solving mindset. Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Finance, Business Administration, Accounting, or a related field
  • Minimum 3 years of professional experience in a finance department, with a focus on receivables and bank cooperation
  • Strong skills in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Practical, detail-oriented, and responsible approach with the ability to work effectively under pressure
  • Excellent communication and time management skills, coupled with strong organizational abilities
  • Problem-solving mindset with creativity and innovative thinking
  • Good understanding of office procedures and formats
  • Fluency in Polish and good command of English (minimum B2 level)

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with foreign accounting offices in the USA, Malaysia, and Brazil
  • Control and verify invoices issued by foreign accounting offices
  • Manage receivables and oversee the debt collection process in foreign subsidiaries
  • Prepare reports on bad debts related to receivables
  • Maintain ongoing collaboration with payment processors
  • Analyze and report statements from payment processors
  • Manage financial liquidity across the Group (Poland, USA, Malaysia, Brazil)
  • Execute payment of liabilities within the Group
  • Foster continuous cooperation with banks
