Summary
Join Stitch Fix as an Enterprise Applications leader to revolutionize our Finance and Supply Chain management systems. You will manage and collaborate with cross-functional teams to build and scale our systems using best-in-class technologies. This role involves creating technical strategies, driving product delivery, facilitating design discussions, and working with auditors to maintain data integrity. You will lead and grow a team, fostering a culture of faster decision-making and frequent delivery. The ideal candidate possesses extensive experience in retail, Oracle Fusion/EBS, and managing teams in an Agile environment.
Requirements
- You have in-depth knowledge and experience working in retail with Oracle Fusion/ Oracle EBS in the areas of Finance,Procurement, and Supply Chain Management
- You take ownership, are an inventive problem solver and have a high level of accountability
- You have a track record of delivering features and functionality, through custom application development and packaged apps, on time with high quality
- You work well with others and have strong communication skills
- You have a consistent eye toward improvement along with the ability to roll with regular system and process improvements
- You love to manage multiple priorities simultaneously, can delegate effectively and work in a fast-paced environment as part of a team
- You have 5+ years of professional SDLC experience including managing software deployment
- You have 3+ years of experience managing teams as a lead or a manager
- You have experience running teams in an Agile environment
- You have previously worked with and managed remote teams
Responsibilities
- Work closely with Finance, Warehouse operations, Merch and product leaders to create the technical strategy that impacts all of our systems, platforms, and infrastructure to build a world-class Finance and Supply Chain management system
- Drive the execution and delivery of product capabilities that power the Finance/Supply Chain management system
- Facilitate technical design discussions, remove blockers, and align stakeholders
- Drive projects with reliability, productivity, process, and quality
- Work cross-functionally across feature teams, business partners to impact and influence their roadmaps to enable the outlined technical strategy
- Work with SOX and Internal/External Auditors to maintain integrity of data and controls across Finance systems
- Build a culture and a platform that enables faster decision making and frequent delivery for high quality and meaningful business results
- Lead by example and grow an organization of bright, kind and motivated-by-challenge individuals and leaders that create great outcomes, while staying nimble and humble
