Finnish Customer Advisor

Summary

The job involves managing incoming calls, identifying and addressing customer needs, building trust through communication, providing accurate information using tools, maintaining records of interactions, processing customer accounts, and following communication guidelines. The candidate should be a fluent Finnish speaker (C2 level) and have good command of English (B2-C1). They should also possess strong phone contact handling skills, excellent communication and presentation skills, customer orientation, ability to adapt to different types of customers, multi-tasking skills, and the ability to manage time effectively. Requirements

• Native or near to native Finnish language (C2)
• Very good command of English language (B2 –C1)
• Good MS Office skills
• Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters
• Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
