Summary

Requirements
- 0-2+ years administrative/data entry experience
- Desire to thrive in a high-paced environment. The individual must be organized and able to manage multiple projects with competing priorities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills and ability to speak on behalf of leadership
- Strong ability to adapt and be flexible within the scope of a given project as vision, priorities, and timelines shift
- Experience working with cross-functional teams and influencing and motivating teams with no direct authority over them
Responsibilities
- Work closely with partner teams, such as fleet operations, procurement, and marketing, as well as other stakeholders to ensure equipment sales and projects are on track
- Collaborate with sales and internal teams to understand and anticipate their needs
- Manage strong relationships with customers and serve as a knowledgeable resource to support equipment sales
- Build marketing materials and processes, such as flyers and online listings, that help increase equipment sales
- Manage a high volume of inbound email requests, and answer complex questions, in a timely fashion
- Maintain high levels of customer service to internal and external stakeholders
- Continuously improve the fleet sales team and function
- Advise subject matter experts to drive the best outcomes
