Requirements

  • Possess an active US Government TS clearance (and willingness to maintain one) or an ability to obtain one
  • Possess generally exceptional technical skills

Responsibilities

  • Interface with customers regularly, helping them to get the most out of Shift5's existing product suite and continuously iterating on new ways to improve the customer experience
  • Travel to customer sites regularly, up to 40% in the U.S
  • Independently come up with solutions to nebulous, complex problems while optimizing on the team's efficiency
  • Take an ill-defined software engineering problem and quickly churn out a usable, reliable, and properly scoped product that fits the customer's needs
  • Connect with the customer be it someone in IT or a CIO
  • Deal with tough situations and conflict
  • Act as mini-CTO of their deployment
