Summary

Join Red Sky, a #StartupStudio with over 18 years of experience, as a Co-founder and CEO of a new AI assistant startup. You will be responsible for crafting and implementing strategic plans, driving revenue growth, assembling and leading a team, directing product development, monitoring industry trends, overseeing financial management, and leading with a strong work ethic. This unique venture building model offers the opportunity to create and manage the startup from scratch, with support from Red Sky's experienced team. You will receive a fixed remuneration, variable bonus, a package of shares, and access to exclusive knowledge and experts.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of leadership experience in startups
• At least 3 years in IT implementation in large organizations
• Good understanding of AI
• Experience in building startups and projects “from scratch”
• Strong understanding of technology trends and business development strategies
• Exceptional networking and business development skills
• Entrepreneurial mindset, passionate about fostering growth and innovation
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic startup setting
• Knowledge of project management and process design
• Proficiency in Polish and English

Responsibilities

• Craft and implement strategic plans to drive company growth and innovation
• Stimulate revenue growth through effective sales strategies, market expansion, and strategic partnerships
• Assemble and lead a high-caliber team, promoting a culture of collaboration, innovation, and excellence
• Direct the development of the company’s product and service offers that meet customers’ needs
• Monitor industry trends and technological advancements to identify opportunities for innovation
• Oversee financial management of the startup, including budgeting, forecasting, and reporting
• Lead with a strong work ethic, integrity, and a commitment to our core values
