Founders Associate

Summary

Join Tapline, a remote-first digital funding platform for SaaS companies, as we seek a Master's graduate (or currently enrolled) with work experience for a full-time or 80% position in Frankfurt or Munich. You will drive the outbound sales cycle in DACH/CEE regions, manage the CRM (HubSpot), implement AI methodologies to streamline sales, and identify customer needs. Requirements

• Be a Master's graduate (or currently enrolled)
• Have previous work experience/internships in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
• Have minimum of +1 years business experience (1-2 internships)
• Possess strong written and verbal communication skills in English and German
• Be proficient in Microsoft Office / Google Suite + CRM (Ideally Hubspot)
• Have cold calling experience

Responsibilities

• Create new financing opportunities by driving the full outbound cycle in DACH/CEE regions working closely with the CEO
• Be the first point of contact with our future customers, laying the foundation for a smooth collaboration
• Manage CRM ((Hubspot) in terms of sales funnel, KPI reporting and data capturing
• Research, design and implement AI methodologies to streamline sales efforts
• Identify trends and customer needs, building a short/medium/long-term sales pipeline in accordance with targets

Preferred Qualifications

• Have experience in B2B SaaS startup and/or VC
• Be extremely client centric, highly organized, like to work in a fast paced organization and pay specific attention to detail
