Requirements

• Expertise in Software Engineering: Proven experience in backend development, data structures, algorithms, and system architecture
• Master of ETL & Big Data: Authority in building and optimizing ETL pipelines, with deep knowledge of integrating healthcare data and ensuring data integrity
• Cloud Infrastructure Knowledge: Hands-on experience with AWS, GCP, or Azure
• Innovative Problem Solver: A creative mindset with a focus on delivering scalable, efficient solutions in a high-stakes environment
• Leadership Potential: A strong desire to mentor and grow an engineering team as we scale
• Entrepreneurial Drive: Previous experience in startups or fast-paced environments, with a hunger to build something big from the ground up

Responsibilities

• Build From Scratch: Partner with our co-founder to strategize, design, and build Version 1 of our provider-enablement platform, setting the foundation for a transformative healthcare product
• Architect and Innovate: Lead the development of our data platform, backend infrastructure, and APIs, ensuring scalable and secure systems that meet the evolving needs of healthcare providers
• Power Data-Driven Solutions: Design and maintain ETL pipelines to integrate diverse data sources, optimize machine learning infrastructure, and provide real-time analytics that impact financial results and operational efficiency
• Collaborate and Lead: Work closely with cross-functional teams, customers, and partners to understand needs and tailor solutions. As we grow, mentor and guide the engineering team, driving a culture of innovation, creativity, and excellence
• Prepare for Leadership: As a founding engineer, you’ll have the opportunity to move into a formal leadership role as the company scales
