FP&A Analyst

Summary

Join Wizeline's finance team as a detail-oriented FP&A Analyst, focusing on financial reporting, analysis, and planning. Contribute to month-end and quarter-end closing processes, including reconciliations and reporting. This role requires a Bachelor's degree in a related field and 2-3 years of relevant experience.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field
• 2-3 years of experience in FP&A, financial reporting, or business analysis
• Strong Excel and Google Sheets skills (financial modeling, data analysis, automation)
• Ability to work cross-functionally and communicate financial insights to non-finance stakeholders
• Detail-oriented mindset with a strong ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines

Responsibilities

• Prepare, analyze, and distribute financial reports and presentations to key stakeholders
• Work closely with teams across the organization (Operations, Sales, HR) to ensure financial data aligns with business goals
• Maintain and improve reporting processes, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and timely delivery
• Assist in the month-end and quarter-end closing process, including financial reconciliations and reporting
• Identify opportunities for cost optimization and efficiency improvements through data-driven insights
• Support the budgeting processes by collecting data, performing variance analysis, and identifying trends

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with financial reporting tools and ERP (NetSuite and BambooHR)
