Requirements

  • Bachelorโ€™s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related discipline
  • 10+ years of experience in FP&A or similar data-centric finance roles
  • Advanced proficiency in SQL, Power BI, Excel, and Python for automation
  • Experience working with ERP systems (preferably Great Plains) and CRM/billing tools like ConnectWise
  • Strong understanding of financial metrics, budgeting, forecasting, and MRR/ACV dynamics
  • Proven ability to manage and analyze large datasets with high attention to detail
  • Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills

Responsibilities

  • Compile and process monthly data from CRM, ERP (including Great Plains), billing platforms (e.g., ConnectWise), and other systems
  • Ensure data consistency, accuracy, and timely availability across reports
  • Design and manage complex SQL queries across multiple data sources
  • Build and maintain Python-based ETL scripts for automated monthly reporting
  • Maintain a centralized customer data cube for internal segmentation and performance analytics
  • Oversee dashboard automation and updates using tools such as Power BI or Tableau
  • Track and report Monthly Recurring Revenue (MRR) by segments, products, and regions
  • Break down MRR into components: New, Expansion, Contraction, and Churn
  • Support ACV forecasting and maintain real-time dashboards on customer performance
  • Partner with the Transformation Management Office (TMO) to track cost-saving initiatives
  • Validate savings from opportunity identification through P&L realization
  • Lead customer trend analysis and dashboard ownership
  • Identify anomalies and provide actionable insights to improve business performance
  • Collaborate with business units to understand data requirements and deliver relevant insights
  • Support strategic initiatives with timely and accurate data
  • Continuously enhance reporting frameworks to improve efficiency, accuracy, and scalability
