Summary
Join Procore as a Senior Financial Analyst and partner with global Sales, Services, Success, and Marketing teams. You will build, analyze, and communicate complex financial analyses to inform strategic decisions. Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in finance, accounting, investment banking, or private equity
- Expert knowledge of Excel, PowerPoint, and other standard business software is required
- Experience with Financial Management systems, such as Pigment, Adaptive, Anaplan, Hyperion, Intacct Netsuite, Coupa, etc
- Experience performing in-depth financial analysis and presenting findings to key stakeholders and business leaders
- Attention to detail and ability to consistently generate a high quality work product
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, and an understanding of how to synthesize details depending on the audience
- Hungry, yet humble, remaining passionate for delivering results in a fast-paced, data-driven environment

Responsibilities
- Be a fantastic partner to your colleagues within Finance and business teams
- Build, analyze, and communicate complex financial analysis that empowers our business leaders and executives to make strategic decisions
- Monitor progress against budgets and assess risks and opportunities to ensure business partners have visibility into expense trends
- Champion month end close process, including headcount management/reconciliation, accrual validation, and variance analysis
- Collaborate with FP&A Corporate and Business Partner peers to enhance existing reporting and processes to uplevel the overall team product and brand
- Assist in monthly/quarterly financial reporting and consolidation shared with Finance and business stakeholders
Preferred Qualifications
Public company and SaaS experience supporting Sales/Marketing is preferred
