Requirements
- Relevant background in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field
- Extensive experience in FP&A, financial strategy, or expense management, preferably in a global organization
- Strong financial modeling and analytical skills with a deep understanding of P&L management
- Experience working cross-functionally with business leaders to align financial and operational strategies
- Proficiency in financial systems (e.g., Anaplan, Adaptive Insights, Oracle, SAP) and Excel / Google Sheets
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to present complex financial data in a clear, actionable manner
- A proactive and problem-solving mindset, with a passion for driving efficiency and process improvements
- Fluency in English, both written and spoken , is a must, with the ability to communicate effectively in a global business environment
Responsibilities
- Lead global expense forecasting, budgeting, and variance analysis to ensure financial discipline
- Partner with department leaders to manage operating expenses and identify cost-saving opportunities
- Develop financial models and scenario analysis to support strategic decision-making
- Enhance financial reporting processes and implement best practices for expense management
- Support monthly and quarterly financial reviews, including preparing executive-level presentations
- Collaborate with accounting to ensure accurate expense accruals and compliance with financial policies
- Leverage data analytics tools to improve visibility into expense trends and key cost drivers
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and scalability within FP&A processes
- Provide leadership, guidance and mentorship to FP&A team members, fostering a collaborative and high-performance environment

Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with Zero-Based Budgeting (ZBB)
- Audit background (Big 4 preferred), with strong familiarity in Accounting
