Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or Economics; MBA or accounting qualification preferred
  • Proven leadership experience within FP&A in high-growth, digital, or international businesses
  • Expertise in financial planning, forecasting, and reporting frameworks
  • Strong command of data governance and planning system management
  • Track record of building deep partnerships across business functions
  • Proactive, strategic mindset with a focus on continuous improvement
  • Ability to lead, mentor, and develop high-performing teams

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute financial strategies supporting company objectives
  • Own advanced financial models for planning and investment decisions
  • Lead financial reporting and KPI innovation to drive insight and action across all levels of organisation
  • Assess and manage financial risks with actionable recommendations delivered to senior management
  • Build deep partnerships with senior management to keep financial plans relevant and integrated with operational goals
  • Deliver strong data governance and maintain system integrity
  • Implement and enhance financial systems to improve reporting accuracy
  • Own and deliver the FP&A calendar, optimising efficiency and effectiveness
  • Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing FP&A team focused on excellence and compliance
