Summary

Join Limble's growing Finance department as a Financial Planning & Analysis Manager. This strategic role involves providing financial guidance and analysis to GTM leaders, overseeing financial strategy, developing reports and models, and collaborating with various teams. You will report to the VP of Finance and contribute to driving profitability and efficiency through strategic analysis and operational insights. Requirements

  • Hold a Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field
  • Possess 8+ years of experience in financial planning and analysis
  • Demonstrate a proven track record of delivering complex models and strategic insights in a high-growth SaaS environment
  • Have advanced Excel skills and familiarity with financial planning tools (NetSuite, etc.)
  • Show a strong understanding of GAAP
  • Demonstrate the ability to build, manage, and optimize systems and processes
  • Express a desire to grow into a leadership role as the company continues scaling

Responsibilities

  • Serve as a strategic advisor to senior GTM leaders (Sales, Marketing, Customer Success), providing guidance, strategic, and analytical support to drive business outcomes
  • Oversee GTM financial strategy, including sales performance, pricing, and capacity, while improving forecasting and sales productivity with Revenue Operations
  • Manage our SaaS metrics (ARR, churn, LTV, CAC) by developing a deep understanding of the key drivers and leading indicators
  • Create financial models to support key strategic initiatives and investments to drive business growth (i.e., pricing reviews, new market entries, product launches, etc)
  • Analyze marketing performance, understanding lead generation, campaign performance, funnel conversion, and return on investment
  • Coordinate with Sales Leadership, Revenue Operations, and Talent acquisition to maintain alignment across headcount requisitions and reporting
  • Conduct ad-hoc financial analysis and support special projects, strategic initiatives, and M&A activity

Preferred Qualifications

  • Hold an MBA
  • Have experience working in Tableau
