FP&A Manager

Join RenoFi as an FP&A Manager and contribute to our mission of making home renovations accessible to all. We are a fast-growing company seeking a detail-oriented finance professional with substantial FP&A experience. You will be responsible for financial reporting, budgeting, KPI tracking, working capital management, and capitalization table maintenance. The ideal candidate is a self-starter, a skilled communicator, and proficient in Excel and Keynote. Requirements

• Possess substantial FP&A experience
• Be detail-oriented
• Be a savvy communicator, particularly when it comes to presenting
• Be proficient in Excel and Keynote
• Be a self-starter and require limited supervision

Responsibilities

• Curate a cohesive narrative for ad-hoc analysis, financial reporting results, and deliver recommendations to leadership regarding the health of the business
• Handle financial reporting and related materials for management review, board materials, and investor relations
• Compile and track KPIs and internal metrics
• Oversee and maintain the updating of the annual budget and model/projections
• Identify and pursue opportunities to manage and improve our working capital (including lines of credit, payment terms, etc.)
• Manage our capitalization table for new options/warrants issuances and exercises
• Draft marketing materials and negotiate documentation related to financing and fundraises
• Wear other hats as necessary, including supporting projects related to compliance, risk management, and HR

Preferred Qualifications

• Have some accounting experience and be able to book accruals
• Prior experience working remotely
