FP&A Senior Analyst

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field
• Proficiency in utilizing Google Sheets, Excel, Power BI and Business Intelligence
• Exceptional finance and analytical abilities, to drive informed decision-making
• Strong cross-functional collaboration skills, allowing you to seamlessly collaborate with multiple functional areas
• Advanced/Fluent in English

Responsibilities

• Budget planning, construction, and control across the organization
• Collaborate effectively with the finance department and other internal partners to drive comprehensive executive reporting and ensure the accuracy of financial projections
• Conduct monthly analysis of actuals vs. budget and recommend action items
• Track KPIs and prepare financial reports
• Analyze profitability and conduct in-depth margin analysis
• Assist in the preparation of management reports

Preferred Qualifications

• A master's degree
• Background in FP&A, in multinational companies, or payments industry
• Experience with the budgeting process and ZBB
• Spanish
