Summary
Join a focused team responsible for collaborating across all business units to lead financial modeling, planning, analytics, and reporting for Togetherwork. This position involves financial modeling and reporting for a subset of Togetherwork's business lines, including forecasting and monthly financial reporting. You will also be involved in ad hoc financial projects such as corporate reporting, KPI reporting, variance analysis, and headcount reporting. The role requires close collaboration with product leadership to align financial strategies with business goals and continuous improvement of FP&A processes. The position reports to the Manager of FP&A. Togetherwork offers a comprehensive benefits package.
Requirements
- Bachelorβs degree in finance, accounting, or a related field
- Minimum of 2+ years of experience in financial planning, analysis, and other relevant finance roles
- Experience in business partnerships including preparing and presenting financial results, variance analysis, etc
- Ability to drive process improvements and enhance financial operations
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities
- High level of proficiency with financial software and reporting tools, including Microsoft Excel and ERP systems
Responsibilities
- Act as a key liaison between the product leadership and FP&A to ensure accuracy during forecasting and clear communication of financial results
- Development and management of detailed financial models to drive full PnL budgets and forecasts for Togetherwork product lines
- Gain a deep understanding of KPIs, business drivers, and business trends to support financial reporting and provide analysis to product leadership
- Collaborate closely with product leadership to align financial strategies with overall business goals
- Continuously improve FP&A processes and workflows to enhance efficiency and accuracy
