Freelance Annotator

Join DataForce by TransPerfect, a leading provider of language and technology solutions, as a Korean-speaking Annotator for a short-term, remote project. This one-week, approximately 20-hour engagement involves reviewing call center transcripts and accurately labeling data according to provided guidelines. Ideal candidates possess native-level Korean fluency, excellent text comprehension, and meticulous attention to detail. The project is part of a larger initiative focused on providing high-quality data for machine learning applications. The position is for an independent contractor/freelancer.

Requirements

• Idiomatic fluency in Korean
• Excellent text comprehension and information retrieval skills
• Ability to concentrate on reading for prolonged periods of time and attention to detail
• Integrity and strong work ethic
• Availability for ca. 1 week (5 hours in total) as soon as possible

Responsibilities

• Review call-center phone call transcripts
• Accurately label specific data found in the transcripts in accordance with the label list and the annotation guidelines

Preferred Qualifications

Previous experience in Annotation or Labeling
