Requirements
- Idiomatic fluency in Korean
- Excellent text comprehension and information retrieval skills
- Ability to concentrate on reading for prolonged periods of time and attention to detail
- Integrity and strong work ethic
- Availability for ca. 1 week (5 hours in total) as soon as possible
Responsibilities
- Review call-center phone call transcripts
- Accurately label specific data found in the transcripts in accordance with the label list and the annotation guidelines
Preferred Qualifications
Previous experience in Annotation or Labeling
