Freelance Operations & Community Engagement Associate

Summary

The job is for a Freelance Operations & Community Engagement Associate at CXG, a global business with 12 offices across four continents. The role involves handling fieldwork, pilots, and more for the successful execution of local projects in a fast-paced, multi-cultural environment. The position is fully remote within Malaysia, requires excellent command of English, strong analytical thinking, adaptability, good time management skills, and knowledge of MS Office, Excel, and social media platforms.

Requirements

• Previous experience in Retail/Project Management would be a plus
• Handling and coordinating multiple projects with tight deadlines and have worked in a fast-paced work environment will be a great asset
• Diploma/Bachelor's Degree in Administration, Business Management or related field
• Strong analytical thinking, meticulousness and ability to perform efficiently in a fast-paced, multi-cultural environment
• Adaptable to changes and challenges
• Good time management, able to multi-task and meet tight deadlines
• Strong knowledge and passion for the luxury and premium markets and retail operations a plus
• Exceptional knowledge of MS Office, advanced proficiency in Excel, tech-savvy and comfortable in using Social Media platforms

Responsibilities

• Join a dynamic and fast-paced environment and work closely with teams based worldwide
• Handle the entire mission execution cycle of the Company’s designated area, including fieldwork, pilots, and more
• Responsible for timely assignment and execution of fieldwork as per the Company’s standards, specific mission/client requirements and project schedule of the Business Unit Operations team
• Validate the surveys during low activity period; screen the surveys during peak time
• Communicate proactively internally and externally (if needed) with the Country Lead in program tracking, calibration, and anticipation
